I'm starting by just posting a 'me too' on this driver behavior with Windows. Their recommendation was to reset to factory defaults, and, when that did not help, their response was 'sorry'.Īs a result, I am checking other sites to find a solution. The Nextbook support site and technical support phone lines are of no help whatsoever. The Nextbook gets, on average, between 1.5 to 5.5 mb/sec and just doesn't respond at all about half the time. Unfortunately, none of our wireless devices get better than 70mb/sec. This Windows tablet has had network problems since day one, regardless of Windows updates. I have a Nextbook Flexx 11 which came with Windows 10 and the Realtek RTL8723BS Wireless LAN 802.11n SDIO network adapter. And please I am not angry and trying to make someone feel hammered here, being disabled it makes it hard when items do not work and I can find no way to get word to the ones that the data should be getting to on a matter like this. Also I have tried just about every item that one can try to fix this issue with out it working.
I really wish there was a place to be able to get word back to Microsoft on issues like this as It is it really seems that we are left at the whim of when the programmers get word of the problem and are able to fix said problem. I for one will be really glad when this issue if fixed once and for all. At this point as much as I like Win 10 I really wish I would have just left Win 8.1 on my tablet as at least I would have been able to use it as needed. This last time has not and I am unable to use my Tablet as needed.

The last update before this one was fixed with a update about a week or so later. This is the fourth time that an update from Microsoft has broken the Wireless / Bluetooth. This worked fine when my tablet was loaded with Win 8.1 then I upgraded to Win 10 and the issues started. I have had the same issue with the Wireless networking and the Bluetooth clashing after an update from Microsoft. The tablet came loaded with Windows 10.Ĭould you assist with this issue? From the manufacturer's website: RealtekBluetoothUartPackage_1.4.L Package Version:1.4 Driver Version: 1.0.91.2 Lmp Version: 7873 Release notes claim.

So in fact I have never been able to install the driver in compatibility mode. When attempting to run the Realtek executable from the manufacturer's website in compatibility mode for Windows 8 a window flashes, but no dialog comes up.

We also provide free driver software for you to download Lenovo drivers & fix lenovo driver errors automatically, Compatiable with Windows 10, 8, 7, XP and Vista. Hi Fred, Thank you for bringing up your query on Microsoft Community. Someone please please prove me wrong and give me a solution, I love these tablets, but no Bluetooth is just shameful for Microsoft and Realtek. The most frustrating thing is that I know it can work and has worked in other versions/builds. I understand from what I have read that many tablets have this issue where the combo chipset Bluetooth audio is interfered with by the WIFI. After a restart I was able to listen to clear audio for about one minute before it failed. My only slight success was removing all driver updates, letting windows install its default drivers and allowing the troubleshooter set the default audio device. Now that I let W10 fully update Bluetooth audio is just not supported.

Bluetooth Driver For Windows 10 Hp Laptop here. W1002 the Bluetooth worked with Windows 8.1, W1005 it worked with the stock version of Windows 10. The conclusion is that this device is not compatible with Windows 10's latest update. I have tried all versions of troubleshooting and driver updating suggested on similar posts.
